The US Energy Information Administration (EIA) requires all generators over 1 MW to file production and other data monthly or annually. Compliance is mandatory, with penalty for non-compliance. ASCE imports data from the US Energy Information Administration daily to assure compliance deadlines are being met.

ASCE models derive calculated data from telemetry using unit characteristics to determine monthly and annual production. Using PPA cost information we are able to show the value of contracts over time, and whether PPA counterparties are meeting production targets and contractual obligations.
